John Lewis Afternoon Tea Treat Hamper is available to pre-order from 19 February. The first delivery date will be 5 March. Thereafter hampers will be dispatched on standard delivery and will be delivered within 4 working days. If you would like to delay delivery of the hamper please e-mail jlsupport@virginiahayward.com at least 48 hours before delivery with your name, order number and requested delivery date. To note: the requested delivery date must be Tuesday to Friday as fresh hampers cannot be transported over the weekend.
To note: all fresh products within the hamper will have a shelf life of a minimum of 7 days.
How to personalise your product: 1. Place your order 2. Decide the gift message you'd like to add to personalise your product 3. Consider the personal message you would like printed on your gift card (maximum of 300 characters) - remember to include in your message who the gift is from. 4. Email your gift card message directly to jlsupport@virginiahayward.com within 4 hours of ordering*.
Please include: Your first name and surname, Order date, Order number and telephone number. If there is more than one item in your order please also include: The SKU number (product number) Product name The gift message relating to that item If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email. *If an email isn't received within 24 hours of ordering, your order will be dispatched without a gift card message.
