- 40-degree water hand or machine was on wool cycle. Use mild non-biological liquid detergent. Do not use soap, biological detergent or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly. Gently stretch to resore shape whilst still damp. Slow dry away from sunlight and direct heat or tumble dry on cool setting. Once dry, lightly brush wool to restore appearance. Air regularly. Sponge local soiling. Can be professionally dry cleaned.
