Joseph Joseph's Elevate™ range of kitchen utensils and knives are designed for more hygienic food preparation that creates less mess. Each tool has an innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that, when an Elevate™ utensil is placed down, its head is always raised up and doesn't drip on the work surface.

These Elevate™ knives are all made with high-quality Japanese stainless steel blades and comfortable ergonomic handles that are easy and firm to hold, even when wet. This set has three knives, each with its own protective storage sheath: a 6.5" (16.5cm) chef's knife, a 4.5" (11cm) serrated knife and a 3.5" (9cm) paring knife for precision cutting and dicing.
