Enamel interior
Like the inside of Le Creuset grills, the skillet is coated with a satin black enamel finish that protects it from high surface heat use and will not wear off. Very durable, hygienic and easy to clean, this cooking surface also helps to achieve the correct sealing and searing of foods, as well as the caramelisation of the juices. The surface is chipping and stain-resistant, and over time, a natural patina will develop that is ideal for frying.
