This EdgeKeeper knife is ideal for carving meat with precision cuts. EdgeKeeper knives are self-sharpening and dishwasher safe to make cleaning easy. Each one has a sharpening tool on the storage sheath, so every time you remove it, it sharpens.

Exclusive to John Lewis & Partners, this knife is made of high-carbon stainless steel and built to last. To keep the blade in tip-top condition, it has undergone an extra process of coating.

In support of the government initiative to tackle knife crime, we're no longer selling kitchen knives online, so please visit our shops. We have removed kitchen knife stock from the shop floor in all of our stores and replaced them with point-of-sale hang cards to ensure the safety of our Partners and customers. Customers must select the hang card of the required kitchen knife and show a Partner who will assist in obtaining the item from the stockroom.
