Peel, slice and grate ginger with this 3-in-1 tool. The non-slip base and handle ensure comfort and stability. You can hold the tool at an angle, or place it flat on a surface to slice or grate. The blades are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe.
The tool features a peeler on the side to quickly remove the peel of knobby, fresh ginger root. A wide panel incorporating Microplane's fine photo-etched, ultra-sharp blades makes fast work of grating ginger. A razor-sharp, angled blade towards the bottom of the tool thinly slices ginger with ease and precision.
