With a unique, love-inspired design, this ring from Milton & Humble is a striking piece that's sure to be a conversation starter. The head of the ring features a heart-shaped charm set with a heart-shaped blue sapphire and a surround of 12 diamonds. Across the top of the band, there are a further 6 diamonds for even more glamour. The sapphire charm is free to move on the loop and drapes elegantly along the finger. The ring is hallmarked 18ct.
This ring is currently finger size L but can be altered to fit your finger. See below for instructions on how to have this ring re-sized.
The sapphire is estimated to weigh 0.34ct and the total weight of the diamonds is estimated to be 0.26ct, and approximately G - H in colour and SI1 - I1 in clarity.
Colour G-H falls into the group:
Near Colourless G-J - More common than D-F colour diamonds, the G-J diamonds provide a great value. Similar to D-F diamonds, these diamonds are best highlighted in white gold or platinum as the white colour of the metal enhances the colourlessness of the stone.
Diamonds clarity graded SI1-I1 which falls into the following groups:
- Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2) - Inclusions are visible under 10x magnification only but not to the naked eye.
- Included (I1, I2, and I3) - Inclusions are apparent and can affect transparency and brilliance.

| 2. | If this is not received within three days, we will dispatch the ring with the size quoted on the website. Please note that the ring cannot be resized once it's dispatched. Once the ring is resized it cannot be returned. |
If you want to return this product (only if it hasn't already been resized), you'll need to take it back to a John Lewis & Partners shop for verification, and not return it by post or courier. We'll process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist, so please allow us time to action your full refund.
We work closely with a selection of suppliers who source and authenticate our pre-loved jewellery. Our pre-loved jewellery assortment consists of pieces which could be: pre-loved, repurposed from pre-loved jewellery, vintage or retro pieces which have limited availability.

Should you wish to make a return, items over £500 must be taken to a branch to be sent to one of our suppliers for verification before we can provide a refund.
