Milton & Humble Jewellery Pre-Loved 18ct Yellow & White Gold Old Cut Diamond Ring

In true vintage style, this ring features 3 old-cut diamonds, including 1 central yellow diamond with 2 white diamond end stones. Old-cut diamonds are commonly seen in jewellery from the 18th century making this ring a great choice for lovers of antique-inspired styles. Hallmarked 18ct gold in Sheffield - the combination of white & yellow gold allows the colour of the stones to shine.

The ring is currently finger size P but can be resized to fit your finger. See below for how to have this ring re-sized.

Total diamond weight estimated to be 1.77ct. The white diamonds have been graded as G-H in colour and I1 in clarity while the yellow diamond has been graded as Fancy Light Yellow in colour and SI1 in clarity.

Diamonds graded G-H and Fancy Light Yellow in colour and falls into the following groups:
Near Colourless G-J. More common than D-F colour diamonds, the G-J diamonds provide a great value. Similar to D-F diamonds, these diamonds are best highlighted in white gold or platinum as the white colour of the metal enhances the colourlessness of the stone.

Fancy Light Yellow - Yellow diamonds belong to the special family of natural fancy colour diamonds. Part of the yellow diamond grades, Fancy Light Yellow diamonds are yellow diamonds with a body colour that is clearly beyond the D-Z colourless diamond colour scale range but at the lower end of the yellow diamond scale range. Diamonds graded as Fancy Light Yellow are classified as having the fourth-strongest yellow colour on the scale and are exceptionally rare.

Clarity SI1 & I1 which falls under the following groups:
Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2). Inclusions are visible under 10x magnification only but not to the naked eye.

Included (I1, I2, and I3). Inclusions are apparent and can affect transparency and brilliance.

How to resize your ring:

Option 1 - Online

If you know what size you would like your ring to be, after placing your order, kindly send an email to miltonandhumble@gmail.com with your desired ring size and order number. Please do this within 3 calendar days of placing your order. Milton & Humble will then arrange a complimentary resizing for your ring.

If you know you don't want or need your ring altered just yet, you can email miltonandhumble@gmail.com stating this and they will try to send your ring out sooner, rather than wait 3 days.

If Milton & Humble do not receive any instruction to resize your ring within 3 calendar days, they will ship the ring in the size listed on the website. Once your ring has shipped the only way to have your ring resized will be via your local store.

Option 2 - At a John Lewis & Partners Store

If you order your ring at its current size and it does not fit once received, you can visit your nearest John Lewis branch to have the ring resized. They will measure your finger and arrange the alteration of the ring at no cost. Once the resizing is done, you can collect your ring from the same branch.

Please note that resized rings are not eligible for return.

If you want to return this product (only if it hasn't been resized), you'll need to take it back to a John Lewis & Partners shop for verification, and not return it by post or courier.

We work closely with a selection of suppliers who source and authenticate our pre-loved jewellery. Our pre-loved jewellery assortment consists of pieces which could be: pre-loved, repurposed from pre-loved jewellery, vintage or retro pieces which have limited availability.

Please note that pre-loved jewellery may include gentle wear but which does not detract from the look. Some of these items were produced prior to the introduction of the 2002 law prohibiting the use of nickel or nickel compounds.

Should you wish to make a return, items over £500 must be taken to a branch to be sent to one of our suppliers for verification before we can provide a refund.
