This cooker has a hob-proof cooking pot, meaning you can sear and slow cook from start to finish in one cooking pot. You can easily sear some chicken, beef or pork within the hob-proof cooking pot, and then add vegetables and stock into the same pot. The juices and flavours from the meat combine with the rest of the ingredients creating a richer, fuller taste.
