  • 5 x freezable labels
  • 1 x 30ml No Harm Nipple Balm
  • Full guide to colostrum harvesting

You can use the No Harm Nipple Balm to massage your breasts when harvesting colostrum. The midwife developed, intensively moisturising nipple balm provides fast relief and protection for sore and cracked nipples when breastfeeding. This multi award-winning balm is made from natural ingredients, including medical grade lanolin and is a rich but thin serum that glides on easily and doesn't drag sore nipples. Suitable for vegetarians.
