The Switch is Nintendo’s new, exciting gaming console that you can play at home or on the go. Its innovative design allows you to turn it from a console you plug in to your TV, into a portable tablet-style gamer you can enjoy when you're outside the house.

Switch it up
The Nintendo Switch gives you plenty of options to improve your gaming skills.

• TV mode - Use the accompanying HDMI cable to connect the Switch console to your TV and play your favourite titles while you relax on the sofa
• Tabletop mode - There's a kickstand on the back of the console to let you prop up the device on a table. Remove the Joy-Cons from the sides and use them as separate controllers, so you can share the fun with another player
• Handheld mode - Attach the Joy-Cons to the sides of the tablet console to create a completely portable gamer. You can also remove the Joy-Cons for 2 players to get involved

Wi-Fi connection
The device can connect with other devices via Wi-Fi to explore multi-player gaming sessions. You can connect up to 8 Switch devices for local wireless multi-player.

Battery life
You can play while you charge your device using the included AC adapter, but other USB Type-C chargers should work as well. The device can last between 2 and half and 6 hours on one charge, but this depends on the games you play and the number of gamers involved.

Fortnite Game
Fortnight, a cartoonish, co-op, sandbox survival game that’s a cross between Minecraft and Left 4 Dead is set on contemporary Earth, where 98% of the population has vanished. Just when you think things can’t get worse, zombie-like creatures have started plummeting from the sky. There’s only one thing for it – get creative and start shooting.

Build fortifications, construct weapons and set traps – these tricks will help you survive and defeat the waves of enemy creatures.

Battle Royale
Fortnite includes Battle Royale, the completely free 100-player PvP mode. There’s one giant map, a Battle Bus and the last one standing wins!
