Target Specific
At the touch of a button you can alter the ramp incline from 0 up to 20 degrees. By changing the shape and length of your stride you can target different muscle groups.; Increase the incline and lengthen your stride for a hamstrings and glutes workout or lower the incline and shorten your stride to get working on your calves and quads.

Goal Specific / Heart Rate Monitor
At a glance you can see your heart rate reading by using the Cardio-Grip sensors that are built into both handlebars. An extra option is to separately purchase a Bluetooth Smart wireless chest strap. If you know your heart rate you can stay in the right training zone for your goals – such as increased performance or calorie burning.

OneTouch Controls
Adjust your resistance and incline in seconds with a simple touch of a button so you can keep your focus on your workout.

Tablet Ready
A sturdy, removable bracket holds your tablet (not included) in place while you work out for an eye-level display of your performance.

Change your workout by changing your incline from 0 to 20 degrees. By adjusting the incline and your stride, you can target different muscle groups such as your glutes, quads and calves.

Auto Adjusting Stride Length
As you ramp up the incline, the stride length automatically and smoothly increases from 18 to 20 inches to maintain a fluid, natural feeling stride.

Adaptable Adjustable Oversized Pedals
