Silent Magnetic Resistance & Custom Intensity
Fitted with magnetic resistance - the pressure against which you push to "feel the burn" - this particular model creates minimal sound when you're riding. This means you're free to catch up on TV, read a book or even just workout in peace without having any background noise. The responsive One Touch® controls adjust resistance almost instantly at the touch of a button, allowing for quick changes across 24 levels. Since no parts come into contact when you choose to up the intensity, there's no wear and tear on the bike’s core components either.
Designed to fit any sized foot, the ergonomically designed pedals feature adjustable straps for added stability. Stay cool and comfortable as the self-adjusting AutoBreeze™ workout fan adjusts speed to match workout intensity. If preferred, personalise your comfort with on-console fan controls.
Active Pulse Technology
ActivePulse is iFit’s first heart rate training feature, designed for users who want to get the most out of their workouts. With ActivePulse turned on and a Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor connected to your machine, the intensity of your workout will be automatically adjusted, based on your target heart rate zone. You will automatically be sped up or slowed down to maintain the ideal heart rate zone for your workout. This includes recovery, speed, or strength runs! Pease note, the armband / chest strap are sold separately.
