From energetic studio workouts to cross-training on location, there is a library of training programmes for you to explore on the 22 Inch Smart HD touch screen. It can track calories, distance (miles or kilometres), incline, pace, heart rate (using handgrip or compatible chest belt), speed, time or vertical distance.
