When will my rental be delivered?Your rental will be delivered on your chosen start date before 4pm. If you’d like to place an order for next day delivery we kindly ask that you place it before 12pm.

What if the item does not fit?If your item does not fit, you can receive a refund for 100% of the rental fee, minus the dry-cleaning and postage costs. You must request the Fit Guarantee refund on the rental start date in order to qualify for the refund. Once requested, please post the item back to us on the same or following day

How do I return my rental?Place the rental in the reusable bag. Attach the pre-paid label provided to the top of your package and seal securely. Drop your package off at your local Post Office on the specified return date, making sure to keep proof of postage as this has your tracking number.
