Our kitchen installation, flooring and window dressing (curtains, blinds and shutters) services are still available to customers

If we’ve already agreed on your project, we’ll be happy to continue – with the reassurance that it will be completed to the high John Lewis standards you expect
What does this mean for my warranty on an existing bathroom?

My local John Lewis shop still has bathroom displays for customers to browse – why is that?
We’ve paused on taking new bathroom orders pending a decision on the future of our bathrooms offer. Therefore, we have not removed displays.

We offer a full bathroom design, planning and installation service, so that we can help turn your dreams into reality. There's plenty of great reasons to choose John Lewis, here’s what you can expect from us:

How it works
1: Choose
Book an in-store or virtual initial consultation

2: Design & Plan
Once you’ve chosen the style of bathroom you’d like, our expert Partners will work with you to create and plan your bathroom.
They will:
- Use the measurements that you’ve provided using this helpful guide, (or arrange a home visit) to design and plan your bathroom
- Arrange an appointment in your home to confirm the measurements
- Produce an estimate and a 3D visual design
3: Install
Once you've approved our plans, we will:-
Arrange a technical survey with an installer
- Arrange for your bathroom suite, fittings and materials to be delivered on an agreed date
- Remove your existing bathroom, and perform any plumbing, wiring or tiling*
- Carry out installation
4: Enjoy
After all the work has been completed, your room will be left tidy so you can start enjoying your beautiful new bathroom
