What is a running gait analysis?
Find your fit. Feel the difference. Gait analysis is the first step to optimising your workout. Whether you're training for a marathon, running as a hobby or just enjoy walking outdoors, we can help you find your best shoes for road runs, race runs, trail runs, training or hiking. Find out more about the two types of gait analysis we offer in store below.
What happens during the assessment?
We'll measure your foot profile based on length, shape, width and position using a scanner mounted on the floor. Based on your results, we'll suggest the best shoe for your activity type and stride, and select a few options for you to try, so you can get a feel for what best matches your profile and taste.
Gait analysis is free, and there's no need to book. Simply pop into one of the following stores and speak to a Partner. Each appointment lasts about 5-10 minutes.
Available at:
-
Oxford street
-
Liverpool (from 19th August)
-
Cheadle (from 26th August)
-
Glasgow (from 23rd September)

Our team will walk you through your running style using clear visualisations to show how your foot behaves inside a shoe and how impact is distributed through your body.
