Why have I been invited to join this? | As a member of both existing loyalty schemes, you have been invited to join the joint membership. |
Do I have to be a member of both my John Lewis and myWaitrose to be a member of the joint loyalty scheme? | The joint membership is only available to customers who are part of the trial and are already members of my John Lewis and myWaitrose. |
Do I still get the same rewards? | The joint membership card brings together all the benefits of my John Lewis and myWaitrose. |
Will I get a physical card? | You'll receive access to a digital card, however you can request a physical card by signing in to your johnlewis.com account and visiting the my John Lewis | myWaitrose area. |
Will I get a key fob? | If you request a physical card, you will also receive two key fobs. You can do this by signing in to your johnlewis.com account and visiting the my John Lewis | myWaitrose area. |
What do I do with my old my John Lewis digital card? | If you are using the John Lewis App please update to the latest version and sign in to access your new digital card. If you have saved your old my John Lewis card to Apple Wallet please open the Wallet App from your unlocked screen, find your my John Lewis card, tap 'i', then tap 'Remove Pass'. |
Can I add this to my digital wallet? | If you have an Apple iPhone you can add your card to Apple Wallet. You'll find the Add to Wallet button in your Welcome email. This feature is currently only available on iOS. If you have an Android phone you can access your card via the John Lewis app, or in your Account area on jo |
How do I change my address? | Sign in to your johnlewis.com account, tap 'My Details' then 'Contact Details'. Then scroll down to update your Contact Address. We will use this Contact Address to contact you about my John Lewis and myWaitrose rewards. Updating your address on Waitrose.com will not update your Contact Address for your joint membership card. |
How do I get a replacement card? | Sign in to your johnlewis.com account, visit the loyalty section, and then click to request a plastic membership card. |
What new benefits am I going to receive? | We'll email you more details shortly. |
How long do I have to wait for a physical card/fob? | Your plastic card should be with you in 7-10 working days. |
Will I still get my John Lewis and Waitrose vouchers as I do now? | Yes. |
Is the new number automatically associated with my online accounts? | Your new membership number will be automatically associated to both your johnlewis.com and waitrose.com accounts |
Do I need the app? | You may wish to download the iOS or Android John Lewis App to access your membership card on your phone. Go to App Store or Google Play on your smartphone to download. |
Am I allowed to share my new card with a friend and family members? | This card is exclusively for you. |
Can I manage my membership on waitrose.com? | No, please visit johnlewis.com |
I can’t use the Quick Check handset with my digital card | Partners in branch will be able to release the Quick Check handset for you. |
