Here’s what you need to know before booking:

• You’ll be required to wear a mask (our Stylists too) during your one hour appointment. 
• One of our Stylists will call you ahead of meeting you when you’ll be able to ask any questions you might have.
• We ask that you come alone unless you need assistance from someone else in your household. If so, please let our Stylist know during your pre-appointment call so they know who will be attending.
• Your appointment will start with a pre-pick of clothing, followed by a walk and talk of the floor and finally a try on session in one of our dedicated Styling Rooms.
• Our Styling Rooms are cleaned daily by our Style Advisors and there is a one-hour gap between appointments to ensure they are thoroughly cleansed.
  
• At the moment we’re unable to offer refreshments during the appointment or experience packages such as styling parties. But, as always, there’s no minimum spend or obligation to buy during your session with us.
