Parking at Bluewater is free. For easy access to John Lewis, use the Guildhall (Red) or Rose Gallery (Green) car parks—both offer multi-storey and open-air spaces directly outside the shop.

Dogs on leads are welcome in our shop. Only Assistance Dogs are permitted in our Waitrose Foodhall and catering areas. Customers visiting with a dog are asked to use one of our external entrances.
