Visit the Coffee Experience and let our baristas help you choose the right coffee machine for you.
The journey will begin by taking you through different flavours of coffee and helping you to identify the right beans. The Coffee Experience zone will have three different types of coffee beans available to use in our demonstrations, a mild, medium and dark roast. The type of bean, origin, roast and grind will all affect the flavour of your finished cup.
Next the baristas will look at the amount of coffee you require, as well as the temperature and pressure as they all affect the final cup. It’s also importanct to use a grind that’s right for your machine. The baristas will show you how to pour your coffee, looking at the different amounts of espresso, hot water, milk or foam you need to create your perfect coffee.

Since the introduction of the law requiring retailers to charge for single-use carrier bags, our charity, the John Lewis Foundation, has been responsible for distributing the proceeds to UK charities. We’re sharing the past year’s proceeds of over £155,000 between six charities.
