John Lewis Cambridge is now back on the original Robert Sayle site, on the corner of Downing Street and St Andrew’s Street. You’ll find plenty of parking at the Grand Arcade car park (950 spaces). Visit the Grand Arcade car park website.
If you prefer not to drive into town, simply leave your car at Trumpington Park and Ride. The bus service runs every 10 minutes and will bring you right outside our door.
All Cambridge city centre car parks are priced to encourage short and medium stays.
For long stays, the efficient Park and Ride system offers convenience and exceptional value for money. Note: The Park and Ride at Trumpington operates seven days a week.
For more information on Park and Ride routes and timetables, visit Cambridgeshire County Council`s website.
You simply place your online order by 8pm today, and we'll deliver it to your chosen shop for you to collect after 2pm tomorrow. This service is available from all John Lewis shops, and in an increasing number of selected Waitrose branches.
The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell, so please check individual product pages when you place an order. We're unable to accept orders that include items for collection from one of our shops as well as items for delivery, so in these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.
Our Customer Collection point can be found within the Sports department in the Basement. Please note: there's no public access to St.Tibbs Row and collection by car is not possible. However you can choose to have your order sent to Trumpington Customer Collections which can be driven to.
Shopping at John Lewis is easy with Trumpington Park and Ride and Customer Services. Just park your car at Trumpington, do your shopping at John Lewis, return to Trumpington and your shopping will be waiting for you.

Since the introduction of the law requiring retailers to charge for single-use carrier bags, our charity, the John Lewis Foundation, has been responsible for distributing the proceeds to UK charities. We’ve aimed to choose charities closely aligned with the principles of the Foundation, supporting activities that promote education and inclusion, and enable employment. We’re sharing the past year’s proceeds of over £155,000 between six charities.
