Featuring a close-fitting stainless steel lid, deep sides, an ergonomic yet elegant handle and a stabilising handle, it is robust enough to be used with metal utensils (with the exception of knives) and comes with a free recipe card on how to make chicken with morels in a Jura wine sauce.
