Metal handles

- After preparation, let the pan cool down. Make sure not to rinse the hot pan directly under or in cold water. This causes a thermal shock, which can cause the pan to warp. When the pan has cooled down, clean it with warm water and a washing-up brush or scratch-free scouring pad. You can also clean this pan in the dishwasher, but for a long life it is definitely recommended to wash the pan by hand. Make sure the pan is completely dry when you store it.
