Personalising your product

1.	Place your order
2.	Decide on the personalisation you'd like. It will show in capital letters. The character limit is 25 characters for the message on the left and 25 characters for the message on the right.
3.	Email your personalisation details directly to johnlewis@solesmith.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering* including your name, order number and contact details. If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email. If you do not require personalisation please state this in your email
