Cook's mini blow torch with a stand. Ideal for crème brûlées, caramelised sugar, skinned peppers and lemon meringue pies.

Reaches temperatures up to 1100°C/2012°F with a burning time of up to 20 minutes. Volume: 15ml butane. Use only a butane-propane mixture. Pre-filled and ready to use.

Instructions leaflet included. Direct pressure butane piezo electricity ignition. Refill at the base.
