Made in Italy and taking its name from the Italian word for 'strong', ZWILLING's Forte range of cookware boasts a high scratch and abrasion-resistant non-stick coating called Ti-X (Extreme Titanium).

The robust design of the Forte grill pan features a lightweight yet solid forged aluminium core, and a high-quality riveted stainless steel handle that won't get hot when you're cooking on the hob. The cookware is dishwasher safe, oven safe to 180°C and suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction.

The Forte grill pan has ridges for searing and cooking barbecue-style steaks and charred vegetables. Use the pouring lips on either side for training off fat and liquid.
