Care information

1. The inside ceramic of the barbecue can be cleaned by raising the barbecue temperature to 315° Celsius with the dome closed. Beware, do not do this with a new barbecue or with a barbecue that has not been used for a while. This can cause damage to the barbecue.
2. When the barbecue has not been used for a while, heat up the barbecue slowly to a maximum of 200° Celsius. Leave at this temperature for at least one hour to let moisture build-up inside of the ceramic parts evaporate. Not doing so can cause damage to the barbecue.
3. Clean the Dynamic Twist Deflector regularly, to prevent oil build-up and minimise flashbacks.
