Amie sparkling wine is a crisp Crémant, made in the same traditional method as Champagne. This brut is delicate, with opulent acidity, citrus notes and creamy flavours on the finish. Made from vines that are over 40 years old in the historic appellation of Limoux in the Pyrenean foothills of southern France.
