Introducing Arlo’s 2nd Generation Essential camera. These 2K resolution cameras let you stream live footage of your home to your smartphone or tablet wirelessly using the Arlo app (available on iOS and Android). So you can keep track of home from anywhere with Wi-Fi, and enjoy the features of the Arlo Essential system.

Simple set-up
The Arlo Essential 2 camera can be connected straight to your home Wi-Fi network, or to an optional Arlo smart hub or base station (available separately). When it’s ready to go, download the Arlo App to explore its range of features. The included wall mount and screw kit let you put the Essential 2 camera up in a wide range of places.

Seamless Arlo app
Live stream the camera’s 2K view or rewind your cloud recordings to see if there’s anything you’ve missed (subscription is required for cloud recordings). And it's simple to add additional cameras later. You can give each one a name such as ‘Lounge’ or ‘Kitchen' and keep track of their Wi-Fi signal and battery level, so you can ensure they stay up-and-running.

Arlo Secure
An Arlo Secure subscription (sold separately) backs up your videos securely to the cloud. With it, you can identify & prioritise people, cars, pets & packages, and focus with activity zones. Subscription also includes camera theft protection insurance. Without subscription, Arlo Cameras offer live stream, motion alerts and two-way talk direct to your mobile. Paired with a base station, local storage is also an option. CCTV: For ultimate protection plug your camera into mains power and add CVR (Continuous Video Recording) to your subscription for CCTV style 24/7 recording. A free 90-day trial of Arlo Secure Subscription is included as standard.
