BabyDan AdjustPro Stair Gate Baluster Edition is meticulously crafted for homes with stairs - specifically stairs with balusters. Its innovative design ensures a perfect fit around balusters while still allowing it to be mounted at an oblique angle if necessary.
This specialised stair gate is manufactured with an innovative clamp on one side that securely wraps around the stair's baluster while the other side is fastened to the wall with screws. The swivel brackets make it possible to mount the gate even at an oblique angle - easy to adjust to crooked walls.
The gate stands tall at 80.5cm and will fit any opening with a width between 74.5-114cm, offering robust protection, while the intuitive one-hand operation mechanism allows for ease of access for adults, keeping children safe as they explore. The clamp will fit on vertical straight balusters (with a diameter of 1.4-6cm as well as square stair posts (5.5-9.5cm wide). The design of this stair gate also takes skirting boards into account allowing a perfect fit over them. So, no need for any DIY solutions.
With the BabyDan AdjustPro Stair Gate, you have a clear passageway as the gate has no "threshold" at the bottom. This prevents tripping hazards. This design also makes it a particularly safe safety gate for the top of the staircase.
Last but not least this stair gate comes with feet under the gate for extra stability when the gate is open.
