Designed in Norway and inspired by simple, elegant Scandinavian design, the bbhugme® Pregnancy Pillow helps you sleep comfortably throughout your pregnancy. Because the pillow is adjustable, you can find just the right firmness and shape to support your body as it grows and changes from the first trimester and beyond.
Due to the pregnancy pillow's versatile design, you can use it to rest and sleep in a variety of ways. Designed by chiropractors, the pregnancy pillow provides the support that you need around your belly, lower back, pelvis, knees and ankles to ensure a 5-point support.
The kit is made up of a bbhugme® inner pillow, two pebbles to secure and adjust each end, and a cover. This enables you to easily adjust the firmness of the pillow. The pillow moulds to your body, ensuring maximum comfort for you and support for your growing bump.
The washable cover is soft and breathable. It is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey fabric which allows it to fit over the pillow easily. The Inner pillow is filled with microbeads.
The pillow can also be used when you are simply resting, not just in sleep. It can also provide support to your back when you are sitting.

- The inner pillow can be wiped clean when needed. Do not machine wash the inner pillow. The outer cover can be machine washed on warm (104°F / 40°C); do not tumble dry. The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher.

Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it. During the festive season, we have an extended returns period. Items purchased between 26 September and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 23 January 2025.
Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
