When connected to Wi-Fi, voice control from the Google Assistant and Alexa puts millions of songs, internet radio, playlists, and more, at your voice command. And when the music's playing loud, it will still hear you. Just under the top is a custom-designed microphone array for superior voice pickup. But control isn't just limited to the voice; tap the top controls to play, pause, or skip tracks, or manage it all from the Bose Music app. And you can tap the Mic-Disable button to completely disengage the microphones with one touch.

A world of choice
It offers a huge choice of listening options. When connected to Wi-Fi, access integrated streaming music services like Spotify and Amazon Music at the touch of a button (some services may require subscription). And with the Google Assistant and Alexa, music is just the beginning. You have access to things like weather reports and news headlines, so if you want to hear something, you can just ask.* Future software updates will add new features, and multiple users can personalise their experience and control their content with the easy-to-use Bose Music app.

Brilliant Bluetooth

With Apple Airplay 2 you can control this speaker from any iOS device like your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Control it either from the Apple Home app, or directly from compatible streaming services like Apple Music, Spotify, and others.

Compact, water-resistant design
At just over 19cm high, the seamless design of the Bose Portable Home Speaker is space-saving, while still providing powerful bass. It's built for confident use outdoors too. With an IPX4 rating, it'll easily withstand splashes and sprays, so it's fine next to the sink, by the pool, or if you get caught in a shower in the park.

Rechargeable power
Its internal battery lasts for up to 12 hours off a single charge. Recharge by plugging into the wall with the included cable, or by using the optional charging cradle accessory (sold separately). Of course, you can keep the music playing as it's powering back up.

Bose SimpleSync
This Bose speaker has Bose SimpleSync built in. It allows you to connect it wirelessly with other compatible Bose products for seamless, linked up listening. So you can pair it with select Bose headphones when you need a more personal listening experience. Or pair it with compatible Bose Bluetooth speakers to hear expanded music in a different room. Or take a compatible Bose Bluetooth speaker into the garden and hear the same music inside and outside the house. It’s all easily set up within the Bose Music app. SimpleSync technology has a typical Bluetooth range of 30 feet.
