• Turn for easy access – Seating and harnessing your little one is quick and easy with the rotatable base: Just turn the Baby Safe 3 R129 car seat towards the open car door when it is installed on the Flex base iSENSE (sold separately). This makes transitions between car rides and walks with a pushchair much more comfortable.
• Freedom through compatibility- The Baby Safe 3 R129 car seat easily clicks onto the Flex base iSENSE (sold separately) as well as a wide range of pushchairs*. Lifting and re-installing the Baby Safe 3 R129 car seat is quick and easy, allowing you to enjoy seamless freedom on the go. *Additional adapters needed.
• Audible click to indicate correct installation When installing the infant carrier on the Flex base iSENSE (sold separately) in the car or on the pushchair, a clear audible click informs you the seat is safely installed.
• 5-point harness - We believe a 5-point harness is the safest way to secure your child in a car seat because it keeps your child safe and tight in the seat's protective shell. In the event of a collision, the harness distributes the forces of the impact across 5 points, two at the shoulders, two at the hips and one where the harness buckles between the legs. This helps to protect your child from all directions of impact.
• Easy adjustable headrest and harness - Our padded headrest and harness can easily be adjusted with one hand to suit your child's height. Before you secure your little one in the harness, check to make sure the headrest is in the correct position – just above its shoulders.
• Easy access - The rotating feature of the base allows you to turn the infant carrier to the open car door, making it easy to remove you baby from the seat and put them into the carrycot on the pushchair for longer walks or simply back into the house.
• Adjustable handle - The adjustable handle allows you to easily move it to the back and place your child in the infant carrier. Simply press the buttons on each side of the handle to unlock and move it. When the carrier is placed on the floor, we recommend folding the handle back completely to prevent rocking.
• Easy release with CLICK & GO® adapters - The infant carrier can easily be taken off the base or pushchair so parent can remain in an ergonomic, upright position while lifting the carrier up. Simply use the handle at the back of the infant carrier to unlock it from the base or pushchair and lift it off with ease.
• Lie-flat technology - Allows for a more comfortable and more ergonomic position for newborns. Our patented integral recline mechanism allows you to adjust the flatness of the lying position according to the child's height. The position changes automatically when adjusting the headrest, increasing the space to suit your child's development. The shoulder straps also adjust automatically when adjusting the headrest.
• Newborn insert - Especially designed to give extra support to small babies. The included newborn insert with removable, energy-absorbing foam pads reduces the space and offers additional comfort.
• Comfortable and stylish premium covers - The newly designed covers are as stylish and comfortable as it gets. Made of an even softer fabric combined with improved fitting, these premium covers result in additional comfort for your baby.
• Quick-remove cover - Things can get pretty messy on the road. Drinks can spill and children can get car sick. That's why we designed a machine washable seat cover that can easily be taken off without removing the harness, so you can clean up quick and get on your way.
• Sun canopy - The sun canopy offers protection for your child from the sun (UPF 50+) and wind both in the car and on the pushchair. The attachment points are conveniently located on the sides of the handle so you can carry the infant carrier while the sun canopy is in use.

Safety:

• Under no circumstances should a rearward-facing car seat be used on a passenger seat where there is an active airbag.
• Correct fitting of all car seats and boosters is of paramount importance in making them the most effective in the event of an accident. Not all car seats fit all cars and it is important to check for fitting suitability on all cars you intend to fit the seat to, as well as re-checking if you change your car.
• Always read the instruction booklet which comes with your car seat to achieve a safe and correct fitting, retaining the guide for future reference. We recommend fitting your car seat in advance of first using it.
• We recommend that babies shouldn't be left in car seats (infant carriers) for prolonged periods.

• Please make sure that you check the car seat you choose is suitable for your car before ordering. This can be done in store with a Partner or on the car seat manufacturer's website.
• Some of our shops offer a car seat fit test, where a Nursery advisor will test the display model in your car to check that it will fit properly. Car seats adhere to strict safety regulations and conform to one of the following two types of seats:

• Height-based seats - These seats adhere to the safety regulation R129. They must be rear-facing until your child is over 15 months old. Your child can use a forward-facing child car seat when they’re over 15 months old. You must check the seat to make sure it’s suitable for the height of your child. i-Size is an enhancement of R129 that makes it easier to confirm your car seat's compatibility with any i-Size approved vehicle - reducing the risk of installing your car seat incorrectly. While all i-Size car seats meet the R129 testing standards, not every R129 car seat is an i-Size compatible seat.
• Weight-based seats - These seats adhere to the R44.04 car seat regulation. The seat your child can use (and the way they must be restrained in it) depends on their weight.
