We offer in-store and virtual appointments so you can access our All Things Baby services at a time and place to suit you. Our Nursery Experts will help you navigate the information you are given and answer any questions you have.
Most importantly, they will always give impartial, tailored advice to suit your lifestyle and your budget. You’ll end up with a personalised shopping list which they will email you for your reference later.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
You can book a 1-hour virtual appointment. As this is a remote service, you may not find your usual branch listing. Our Nursery experts have been gathered from around the country, so we'll match you with someone who has availability at a time to suit you. It’s free of charge with no minimum spend.

OUR SAFETY MEASURES
- You’ll be required to wear a mask (as will your Nursery Expert) during your appointment. Please come alone unless you need assistance from someone else in your household.
- We will be regularly cleaning surfaces and baskets throughout the day.
- Please use the hand sanitiser at the entrance and exit of the shop, and we also encourage contactless payment whenever possible.

All Things Baby Offer Terms & Conditions
- This All Things Baby appointment promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid form the 1st of March 2021 (the “Promotional Period”) until further notice. The Promotion is applicable to qualifying transactions made within this time period.
- Eligibility for the promotion is only valid for each customer up to three months after the date of the customers All Things Baby Appointment.
- To qualify for this Promotion you must be a new or existing My John Lewis member. Online customers must be logged in to your johnlewis.com online account, and have your My JL member number registered to that account. Customers in-store should have their my John Lewis card scanned or speak to the Partner processing the transaction when completing the purchase at the checkout.
- To qualify for this Promotion you must book and have attended an All Things Baby appointment, then you need to purchase qualifying Nursery or Babywear products in one transaction online or in-store (see exclusion details below).
- This promotion excludes items that are not in our nursery section such as Childrenswear, Fashion, Electricals and non-nursery Toys and Furniture products.
- Products included in the Promotion are subject to availability.
- If all other eligibility is met the customer will receive 10% off their purchases when spending between £750.00 and £1499.99. And 15% off their purchases when spending over £1500.00.
- To redeem the promotion online the customer will be provided with a code at the end of their All Things Baby Appointment. The promotional code cannot be used with any other promotional code.
- To redeem the promotion instore the Partner processing the transaction will apply the promotion upon confirmation that the Customer is a MyJohnLewis member and has had an All Things Baby Appointment.
- Any qualifying return made will be refunded minus a proportionally weighted amount of the discount value, based on the selling price of the product.
For the avoidance of doubt, please see examples;
Example 1- Customer purchases a basket of qualifying goods of a total value of £750 and gets a £75 discount and pays £675. They return an item of the value of £50. They will get a refund of £45 as it will be reduced by £5 to reflect a share of the £75 discount.
Example 2 - Customer purchases a basket of qualifying goods of a total value of £2000 and gets a £300 discount and pays £1,700. They return an item of the value of £50. They will get a refund of £42.50 as it will be reduced by £7.50 to reflect the share of the £300 discount.
Example 3 - Customer purchases a basket of qualifying goods of a total value of £2,000 and gets a £300 discount and pays £1,700. They return the full order. They will get a refund of £1,700.
- For a limited time, this Promotion will only be available on our website. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, purchases and appointments will be available in our stores pending the lifting of restrictions.
- The Promotion is only available for products purchased for personal non-commercial use. John Lewis reserves the right to not sell products to customers where it has grounds to believe that such products are being purchased for commercial use.
- John Lewis reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time at its discretion.
