There's no compromise with this oven. Sear, roast, cook direct or indirect, and run low and slow, all powered by charcoal and controlled airflow. The BSTRD. Compact comes with everything you need. The same premium ceramics as the brand's bigger ovens, deflector plates and high-quality stainless steel grates.

Care information

  1. The inside ceramic of the barbecue can be cleaned by raising the barbecue temperature to 315° Celsius with the dome closed. Beware, do not do this with a new barbecue or with a barbecue that has not been used for a while. This can cause damage to the barbecue.
  2. When the barbecue has not been used for a while, heat up the barbecue slowly to a maximum of 200° Celsius. Leave at this temperature for at least one hour to let moisture build-up inside of the ceramic parts evaporate. Not doing so can cause damage to the barbecue.
  3. Clean the Dynamic Twist Deflector regularly, to prevent oil build-up and minimise flashbacks.
