At the heart lies a generous filling of port, brandy and brown butter mince pie filling, layered with candid fruits, candied peel and warming spices. Baked for a crisp, golden bite with a soft, melt-in-the-middle centre, each biscuit is crowned with a whole pecan for a delicate nutty finish.
