Scandinavians have an innate skill for creating thoughtful and cosy home interiors, and this is especially true when it comes to Christmas ornaments, candles and foliage. Danish silverware icon Georg Jensen is a staple in Nordic homes and this year the brand is collaborating with a fellow Dane, designer Sanne Lund Traberg, on a beautiful collection of contemporary palladium and gold-plated Christmas decorations. Inspired by Art Nouveau style and Karl Blossfeldt‘s iconic close-up photographs of plants and flowers, Georg Jensen’s collectable decorations are future heirlooms.
