Super smoothies

Super smoothies

If you’re stuck in a smoothie rut – whether that’s an eternal cycle of bananas and milk, or frozen berries every day – then who better to inspire you than Madeleine Shaw and a host of other wellness bloggers?

Amris

Earlier this week we sent our writer, Amris, to our smoothie studio, to get inventive with health bloggers before having their creations styled and shot by professionals.

And if you've ever wondered how a wellness blogger lives behind the scenes, read our exclusive Q&A with Madeleine Shaw here.

Madeleine Shaw Smoothie

When it comes to smoothies, we often stick to what we know. Mine always feature a banana, almond milk and a bit of almond butter, although that's partly because my blender is decades old and might not survive an encounter with anything firmer.

So I was very excited about meeting Madeleine Shaw and swapping smoothie ideas with wellness bloggers at our event.
