Start the year as you mean to go on with glow-giving, self-care stand outs from the best-selling beauty brand

January is here, which means swapping parties for pampering and focusing on healthy hydration. And who better to help you with your radiance resolution than Charlotte Tilbury, a brand synonymous with flawless and illuminating skin?

Just in time for Dry January (I’m talking about your skin), CT has launched an Immediate Skin Revival Routine Skincare Discovery Set, offering four steps to achieve hydrated, smoother and plumper-looking skin. Now, let’s get glowing with my review…

Charlotte Tilbury’s Immediate Skin Revival Routine Discovery Set includes four high-performance formulas

What does Charlotte Tilbury’s Immediate Skin Revival Routine Skincare Discovery Set include?

The easy-to-use skincare set includes four high-performance formulas in mini sizes: the Glow Toner, Charlotte’s Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, Magic Eye Rescue and Charlotte’s Magic Cream.

Glow Toner, 30mlThis acid-free toner made my skin look instantly radiant. My pores were reduced and my skin looked smoother – and didn't feel tight at all. Plus I love the refreshing smell. This will be a repeat purchase.
Charlotte’s Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, 8ml I can see why this is award-winning. My skin looked brighter and felt hydrated thanks to the Golden™ Vitamin C and polyglutamic acid, which is four times more hydrating than hyaluronic acid.
Magic Eye Rescue, 3mlThe formula is infused with retinol, plant stem-cell extracts and red algae, giving your eyes an instant refresh. I rate the product but do believe you can cut costs by using your moisturiser instead.
Charlotte’s Magic Cream, 15mlNeeding no introduction, the legendary Magic Cream (Charlotte’s first product) is an incredibly hydrating moisturiser. Worried it’s too heavy? It’s not. You’ll polish this mini off and then buy full size.

What are the 4 steps in Charlotte Tilbury’s skincare routine?

Step 1: Tone

Apply Glow Toner to clean, dry skin using a cleansing pad or press on with your hands to prep skin for the rest of your routine.

Step 2: Target

Massage 4-6 drops of Charlotte’s Magic Serum Crystal Elixir into your skin to lock in hydration.

Step 3: Brighten

Using your ring finger, apply Magic Eye Rescue gently to the under-eye area, starting in the inner corners and patting upwards and outwards.

Step 4: Moisturise

Massage in Charlotte’s Magic Cream by gently tapping from the centre of the face outwards and prepare to experience smoother, plumper-looking skin.

The 4-step routine is designed to tone, target, brighten and moisturise

The verdict: is it worth buying Charlotte Tilbury’s Immediate Skin Revival Routine Skincare Discovery Set?

It’s a no-brainer (darling)! The products are brilliant, and the set is perfect to test before you commit to the larger sizes. It's also a great option if you’re heading away this winter and need travel-sized companions.

In all honesty, I have always associated Charlotte Tilbury with super glamorous (and quite heavy) makeup. Lots of shimmering eyeshadow palettes, plumping lip glosses, bright liquid blushes, rich lipsticks and light-catching highlighters. Before testing this set I wouldn’t have thought of the brand for skincare with clinically proven results. I have been proved wrong. Of course, the formulas can’t work miracles – you need to keep hydrated and get plenty of shut eye alongside the routine. And I would love to see the brand continue to reduce its plastic packaging.

That said, I’m impressed by every product, and saw an immediate radiant finish to my skin. I hope you join me and start your glowing skin journey today.
