Website orders can be cancelled online
You may be able to cancel items by signing in to your online account or viewing the order details from your order confirmation email. The option will appear under ‘Change your order’ if it’s still available. If not, it will be delivered as scheduled and any unwanted items can be returned.
Uncollected Click & Collect orders will be cancelled and refunded automatically
If you no longer want an order from Click & Collect, there's no need to contact us. After 7 days (or 10 days for CollectPlus), the order will be returned to our warehouse. We’ll email you when we start processing the refund.
