How we process in-store returns

We approve the refund in-store to the payment method you used to purchase the item.

It can take up to 5 days for your bank to put the money in your account.

How online orders work

We will send you a Return Processed email. It will tell you how to view your refund amount and how we’ll give you your money back.

If you’re returning an item using our returns drop-box, it may take an extra day to process.
