Shelf life and storage:
- Up to 5 days shelf life
- If baked goods are not being eaten straight away, we advise refrigerating them in an airtight container to keep them fresher for longer
- Clotted cream and jam may also be refrigerated
- Before serving, remove loaves and brownies from the fridge and allow them to return to room temperature. This will take approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the temperature of your room
- Warm up scones at 180°C for 5-7 minutes or microwave for 10-20 seconds

- Afternoon Tea will keep for up to 5 days. Pop all baked goods in an airtight container and place in the fridge to keep them fresh for longer. Clotted Cream and Jam can also be stored in the fridge if preferred. Take out your loaves and brownies 1-2 hours before serving, these are best enjoyed at room temperature. Warm up the scones at 180 for 5-5 mins or in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.
