My LatteArt

Make milk your morning ritual. Inspired by professional coffee machines, My LatteArt System eases the formation of velvety, silky smooth, dense microfoam, the ideal texture to get creative with latte art. Use My LatteArt System with dairy or non-dairy drinks to create personalised Caffe Latte, Cappuccino or Flat Whites. Not just for coffees, you could even use the steam wand to heat milk for other drinks such as hot chocolate. The wand design is also “cool touch” to minimise exposure to high temperature surfaces.

Grinding & Bean Sensor Technology

Consistently great tasting coffee. La Specialista boasts unique grinding sensors which recognise the grinding level chosen by the user and adjust grinding duration to ensure it delivers the optimal dose for the optimum espresso. The separate bean sensor recognises when the bean hopper is nearing empty and notifies you accordingly to avoid wasted brew cycles and to ensure you never run out if beans halfway through grinding.

Smart Tamping Station

The Smart Tamping Station is inspired by the professional tamping process and always ensures consistent and correct pressure is applied to the coffee dose for the correct extraction. A mess-free operation as after grinding, users don't need to move the portafilter from the machine.

Active Temperature Control & Dynamic Pre-infusion

With La Specialista Prestigio the pre-infusion is dynamic because the length of the infusion is adapted to the density of the coffee dose, (finer vs. coarser grinds) to ensure the entire surface is evenly and gently wet. Then, one pre-infused, La Specialista’s active temperature technology optimises water temperature to extract the best flavours from the grounds. There are 3 infusion temperatures offered by La Specialista Prestigio and these temperatures vary based on the distinct quality of the coffee beans. Once chosen, the temperature remains constant throughout brewing.

La Specialista Prestigio boasts 3 pre-programmes recipes, including an authentic Italian Espresso, Coffee, which is an ideal choice for those who like aromatic but prefer a less intense drink, and finally the infamous Americano. All drinks can be customised and saved through the MyMenu feature.
