Cleansing Balm is suitable for all skin conditions, both in the morning and in the evening.
Its mild formulation with chalk from the island of Rügen, birch and apricot thoroughly removes make-up and impurities. It also helps preserve the skin's own moisture balance and prepares it for the rest of your skincare routine.
The innovative formulation is low in water and you only need a small amount of product, so there's less packaging. When applied to moist skin it transforms into a gently cleansing milk.

Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
