Preloved Vintage Butterfly brooch in 22ct gold plate from the 1980s by Monet. This brooch was first created in 1961 and due to its enormous popularity remained in production until the mid 1980s. Gold plated wire forms the centre of the wings. The brooch is signed Monet on the reverse. This brooch works perfectly when worn on its own but can also be worn as part of a "menagerie" as Monet intended.
