Pairs perfectly with the notes of luscious fig, vine-ripened grapes and seasonal spice in Mermaid Winter Gin.

Mermaid Winter Gin is a rich and warming infusion of Mermaid Gin with seasonal fruits and aromatic spices. Luscious figs and vine-ripened grapes are blended with cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, distilled and infused with our signature gin. The result is a velvety, spiced gin with a deep sweetness and a hint of sea air.

For the perfect serve simply mix: 50ml spirit, 150ml Fever-Tree Mixer, garnish with a dried orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary and stir.
