Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola is fresh and complex in flavour, with a delicious profile of citrus and spice, including Kola nut from Jamaica. Pairs perfectly with the smooth, yet complex flavours of Mermaid Spiced Rum.

Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, distilled in column stills and aged between 2 – 5 years in oak bourbon whisky barrels, then married together with local Isle of Wight fruits and spices.

For the perfect serve simply mix: 50ml spirit, 150ml Fever-Tree Mixer, garnish with a lime wedge and stir.
