- The best way to care for your wool pillow is to pop the filling outside on a sunny day to refresh it. You can also unzip the case, remove the wool, and gently wash the outer cover with a mild wool detergent. Rinse in water of the same temperature, press out excess water (don’t twist), and dry flat before refilling.
