- Download the FAQ™ Swiss app and sync your FAQ™ 411 device via Bluetooth
- Make sure both your skin and the FAQ™ device are completely clean and dry
- Apply a thin, even layer of a conductive serum to the treatment area
- Press the universal button to turn on the FAQ™ 411 device and select your desired intensity using the button or the FAQ™ Swiss app
- Glide the device over the treatment area with light pressure, moving upwards in slow, steady motions
