Designed by the eminent Arts & Crafts designer Kate Faulkner (1841- 1898) in 1873, and first produced by GP & J Baker in 1895, delicate winter iris feature alongside snowdrops and winter anemone.
This stylised design was possibly gifted to George Percival Baker in the 1880s from Faulkner, in recognition of his discovery and interest in Alpine plants.
